(Reuters] – Donald Trump has to wait six hours before reposting messages from Truth Social’s social media platform on another platform, according to a Monday regulatory filing.

This platform is designed to stand up against Big Tech. It was founded after former U.S. President was expelled from Twitter (NYSE), Facebook (NASDAQ) and YouTube due to allegedly encouraging and glorifying violence in the January 6 U.S. Capitol protests.

Elon Musk, a billionaire who bid $44 billion to acquire Twitter, said he will reverse Trump’s ban, calling it “morally unjustified and plain-out stupid”.

Trump averaged 18 tweets per day during his presidency and has stated that he will not be returning to Twitter, even if he is reinstated.

After a slow start, he has refocused his message on the platform for his millions of followers.

Digital World Acquisition Corp stated in a filing that President Trump “is generally required to make any social-media post on Truth Social” and could not post the same posts on other social media sites for six hours.

DWAC, a special purpose acquisition company which will take Truth Social’s parent Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) public, filed the statement with U.S. regulators and said it expects to close the deal in the second half of 2022.

Trump can sign any offer for new productions, however TMTG has the rights to create a similar program to TMTG+ subscription video service. Subscribers will need to pay him to access exclusive content.
