BERLIN/Reuters – Daimler OTC: Truck Holding raised its revenue projection for 2022 to 48 – 50 Billion Euros (52.21 Billon), from 45.5 – 47.5 billion. Strong customer demand enables it to raise prices, said the truckmaker on Tuesday.

Daimler Truck saw an increase of 11% in adjusted earnings (before interest taxes) to 651 millions, however its adjusted return to sales dropped slightly to 5.9% from 6.3% last year.

Jochen Goetz, chief financial officer said that “amid continuing supply chain challenges as well as possible consequences from the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the economy”, fixed cost management and liquidity protection are more crucial than ever.
