U.S. launches new program to collect evidence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine -Breaking

Washington is trying to make sure Russia is accountable.
In a statement, the State Department stated that the Conflict Observatory would include documentation verification and dissemination open-source evidence about the actions of Russian troops in Ukraine.
