Exclusive-EU set to clear Volkswagen’s Europcar deal without conditions

Volkswagen (ETR:), a Dutch asset manager Attestor Limited joined forces with Pon Holdings BV, a Dutch mobility company to offer Europcar in France. The bid was based on rapidly-growing mobility services and placed a wager on it.
