U.S. agency opens probe into fatal Tesla crash that killed three -Breaking

REUTERS/Lucas JacksonWASHINGTON, (Reuters) – The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened a special crash investigation Wednesday into a Tesla (NASDAQ) fatal crash in California this month that left three people dead.
This crash involved a Model S 2022 Tesla Model S. It is just one of over 30 Tesla vehicle crashes currently under investigation by NHTSA. These vehicles were equipped with advanced driver aid systems such as Autopilot.
Tesla has not yet responded to my request for comment.
