U.S. House passes bill to fight oil and gas price gouging -Breaking

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – The U.S. House approved a bill Thursday that would allow the president of the United States to declare an emergency in energy. This makes it illegal for businesses to increase home and gasoline prices.

For the bill to be made law it must be passed by Senate.
