REUTERS/Maxim Shemetov/File Photo(Reuters) – The Russian finance ministry said Friday that it had fulfilled its obligations to pay coupons for two Eurobonds issues in full.
According to the ministry, it spent $71.25 millions on coupons for Eurobonds in dollar denominations that will mature in 2026. It also invested 26.5 million euros ($28,000,000) in papers due 2036.
It stated that the national settlement bank has been able to receive the money the ministry funnelled.
