White House sees decision on Moderna COVID shot for kids under 5 in next few weeks -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), – White House COVID-19 coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha stated on Sunday that he anticipates a U.S. Food and Drug Administration determination on authorizing. Moderna (NASDAQ:) The vaccine will be available for children younger than five years within the next few days.
Moderna has submitted its application. “Those data are being closely examined right now by FDA specialists,” Jha stated on ABC’s This Week With George Stephanopoulos. He added that FDA experts will be reviewing the data in detail and would make a decision after a meeting with the agency’s advisers.
