LONDON, (Reuters) – Boohoo reached a final settlement in a U.S. case alleging that the British fashion retailer had misled consumers by its promotions in California.

This group sells accessories, clothing and beauty products for 16- to 40 year olds. A preliminary settlement was reached in November.

Boohoo claimed that the settlement does not admit liability and is within existing law provisions.

This settlement is subject to approval and review by the United States District Court of the Central District of California.
