Terraform Labs has launched a new blockchain named LUNA2.0, a genesis blockchain that is different than the original. It was created after the vote to rename it and make a new cryptocurrency.

After the UST depegging, the (LUNA), crash and days of proposing revival strategies, LUNA 2.0 officially rolls out May 27, 2012. Proposal no. Proposal no.1623 to rename Terra Blockchain Terra Classic (LUNC), as well create a new blockchain called LUNA (LUNA), was passed by 65.5%.
