Investing.comThe Energy Information Administration reported Wednesday that U.S. oil stocks fell more than anticipated last week.

The drop in oil production was 1.019 Million barrels, which is lower than analysts expected.

The EIA data revealed that stockpiles of diesel and other fuels rose by 1.657million barrels last week, compared to expectations for an increase of 0.917million barrels.

According to the EIA, inventories dropped by 0.42 million barrels last week compared to expectations of a draw at 0.634million barrels.
