(Reuters) – Australia’s Qantas Airways Ltd stated on Thursday that it must “rebalance” its capacity and airfares in order to offset the rising fuel prices. This means that Qantas Airways Ltd has had to reduce its domestic capacity by a few basis point.
Qantas stated that domestic flight levels in July and August were reduced from 107% to 103% of the pre-COVID-19 levels, but did not give further information on fares. It also said that customers would not be affected by these adjustments.
