(Reuters.) The timeline for the massacre at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, is shown below. After shooting at his grandmother’s house, Salvador Ramos (age 18) was said to have shot dead 19 children and two teachers.

These statements are made by public officials as well as law enforcement officers.

May 17th – Ramos legally purchases a semiautomatic firearm at Uvalde’s sporting good store.

May 18, 2008 – Ramos purchases 375 rounds from an unidentified vendor.

May 19: Ramos acquires another rifle in the same sporting good store.

May 24, at 11:15 or 11:15 a.m. CDT, Ramos will send three private messages on social media.

— I am going to photograph my grandmother.

I killed my grandmother. His grandmother survived the gunshot injury to her face.

I am going to photograph an elementary school.

11.28 AM – Ramos crashes his truck in front of the school, fleeing the home where he had shot his grandmother. Ramos jumps into the front seat with his rifle and bag. He fires at two people he sees in a nearby funeral home. He marches towards Robb Elementary School and climbs the fence to the parking lot. Then he starts shooting at it.

11.40 AM – A shooter enters the west end of the school through an apparently unlocked door and fires several rounds.

11.44 AM – Multiple law enforcement officers begin to gather at the school. He shoots at first responders. Officers move back to cover and approach the suspect once more.

The shooter then enters a classroom, killing both teachers and students. The officers report that they heard at least 25 shots from the classroom shortly after arriving on the scene.

The scene officers call for additional help from 11:40 to 12:40 pm. They request tactical teams and specialty equipment.

Around 12:40 pm – U.S. Border Patrol tactical team arrive in the classroom and shoot the suspect.
