NEW YORK, (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rejected a proposal by One River Asset Management to trade a spot-bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF), which would have been carbon neutral. It was listed on the NYSE Arca exchange.
The latest action in a string of market regulator rejections to approve bitcoin ETFs that track the underlying digital assets was this week’s.
