U.S. House Speaker Pelosi’s husband arrested on suspicion of drunk driving -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The husband of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving late Saturday in Napa County, California, police records show https://services.countyofnapa.org/CJNetWeb/Public/BookingReport.

Paul Pelosi (82) was arrested for two misdemeanors on Sunday morning. Bail was set at $5,000 according to online records. The spokesperson for California Highway Patrol declined to comment immediately but stated that they would provide more details later.

California law prohibits drivers from driving a car with blood alcohol levels above 0.08 grams per deciliter.

Drew Hammill was her spokesperson and said that she would not comment on this matter private because it occurred while she visited the East Coast.
