(Reuters) – JPMorgan Chase (NYSE) and Co have named Thomas Cassin vice-chair of global debt capital market for its investment banking unit. According to an internal memo, Reuters saw on Tuesday.

Cassin, who has been with the bank for four decades, will now work in the acquisition and strategic financing areas. This will allow the bank to increase its financing capabilities, according to the memo.

The memo states that insiders Marc Baigneres (and John Servidea) will co-head investment grade finance New York.
