U.S. can offer ‘comfort letters’ to help Russia grain, fertilizer exports

Linda Thomas Greenfield, Ambassador to United Nations said Tuesday.
While she noted that Russian fertilizer and grain were not subject to U.S. sanctions, she said that companies are “a bit nervous” and that they’d be happy to send them letters of comfort if it will encourage them.
