(Reuters) – The person accused of the racist capturing at a Buffalo grocery store that left 10 Black residents useless was charged with a 25-count indictment, together with homicide expenses as hate crimes and home terrorism, the New York Instances reported on Wednesday.

Payton Gendron was scheduled to look in an Erie County courtroom on Thursday afternoon, the newspaper reported, citing the county’s district lawyer, John Flynn.
