BRUSSELS (Reuters) – U.S. enterprise software program maker Oracle Corp (NYSE:) has secured unconditional EU antitrust clearance for its $28.3 billion acquisition of U.S. healthcare IT firm Cerner Corp (NASDAQ:), the EU competitors enforcer stated on Thursday.
