(Reuters] – EasyJet’s low-cost carrier cancelled 80 flights due to the continuing challenging operating conditions.

According to the European airline’s statement, Sunday’s announcement stated that it is working to assist customers in rebooking flights and finding hotels.

Flight-tracking website FlightAware https://flightaware.com/live/cancelled showed EasyJet canceled 98, or 5%, of its flights. This website showed 822 or 45% of EasyJet’s delayed flights.

In May, earlier Easyjet Over 200 flights were cancelled due to delays at airports and other restrictions that affect travel during school holidays.

It stated that customers have the option to cancel or get a full refund, as well as options for hotel accommodations and meals.

Since the lifting of COVID restrictions, the European airline was hit with a series of issues. Many British airports struggled to hire enough staff. EasyJet (LON) also had IT difficulties.
