Buy now, pay later shares Affirm Holdings Mid-day pressure on (NASDAQ:), comes after Apple (NASDAQ.) revealed today at the WWDC 2022 conference that it will be offering a buy-now, pay later service called “Apple Pay Later”.

Apple Pay Later will become available anywhere Apple Pay is accepted. No additional change will be needed by merchants.

Customers can choose to pay in 4 installments and receive zero interest.

Apple stated that the service would be administered through Apple Wallet.

In intra-day trades on the competition news, shares of Affirm plunged 4.7%
