WASHINGTON (Reuters] – U.S. president Joe Biden will promulgate a proclamation that will permit solar panels to enter the United States from Thailand and Vietnam for a period of 24 months without the risk of tariffs. This was according to Reuters.

The U.S. Commerce Department is concerned about the effect of its months-long investigation into whether imported solar panels from Southeast Asian countries circumvent tariffs.
