Coupa Software (NASDAQ) announced its Q1 results. The Street estimate for $0.05 was higher than Coupa Software’s $0.08. However, EPS came in at $0.08. The Street estimate was $190.63 millions. Revenue increased 18% over the previous year to $196million. Revenue from subscriptions grew by 27% to $178.5 Million, a new record.

Rob Bernshteyn (chairman and chief executive officer of Coupa) stated that “We started the fiscal year strongly by delivering record quarterly subscription revenue, as well as yielding more than 20% operating cash flow, and adjusted cash flow margins,”.

Company expects Q2/23 to have EPS in the $0.07 to $0.10 range, higher than consensus at $0.05 and revenues in the $202-205 millions range, in comparison to consensus at $205 million.

The company anticipates revenue of between $838 and $843 million for the 2023 year, with EPS of $0.21 to $0.27.
