HONG KONG (Reuters), Elliott Associates, a fund manager has sued London Metal Exchange over $456 million. The suit stemmed from the March suspension and cancellation on the platform of nickel trades.

LME, LME Clear Limited and Elliott Associates have named them as defendants in a claim for judicial review that was filed by Elliott International and Elliott International in June.
