BOJ Kuroda defends remark on households’ acceptance of price hikes -Breaking

This was to explain why wage increases are necessary.
We don’t want to just raise prices. He stated that he wanted to build a positive economic cycle in which prices increase along with higher wage growth and more economic activity.
Kuroda was the subject of a lot of social media criticism for Monday’s remarks.
