SANTA MONICA CA (Reuters) – A witness who claimed Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her at Playboy Mansion in mid-1970s testified Tuesday that the comedian and actor forced her into a sex act as a teenager.

Judy Huth sought unspecified damages. Judy Huth claimed she was invited by Cosby to visit the famed Los Angeles mansion. A friend and she first met Cosby at a park where Cosby was filming.

Huth stated that Cosby was lying on a mattress when Huth arose from the toilet. She said that he patted her on the back of the bed and she was sitting next to him.

Huth, breaking down in tears, said that Cosby tried to take her pants off by his hands. Cosby was shocked when she revealed that she was going through menstruation. Huth claimed that Cosby then put his hand on Huth’s penis and masturbated, “with my hand.”

She claimed that Cosby had acted “forcefully.”

It wasn’t what I expected at all,” she stated, and “I was panicking.”

Huth now aged 64 claims that her incident happened in 1974. She was only 15 at the time. However, she has recently stated she thinks it occurred in 1975.

California’s civil case against Cosby is one 11-months after Cosby was released from prison following Pennsylvania’s supreme court throwing out his conviction for sexual assault in another case.

Jennifer Bonjean, Cosby’s lawyer, stated during opening statements that Huth’s alleged assault was “fabrication.” However Cosby didn’t dispute Huth’s invitation to visit the mansion with her friend.

Bonjean stated, “The evidence will show that Ms. Huth lies,”

Cosby (84) is unlikely to be present at the trial.

His role in “America’s dad” is his most well-known contribution to the television series, “The Cosby Show,” which aired from 1980.

His family-friendly reputation was destroyed after more than 50 women accused of him of sexual assaults in the past five decades.

Cosby was convicted of drugging, and molestation Andrea Constand in 2018. Constand had been an employee at Temple University in Philadelphia. Constand met Cosby in his Philadelphia home.

After Cosby had completed more than 2 years in prison, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court retorted his conviction.

Cosby shouldn’t have been charged because Cosby had previously promised not to be prosecuted by a prior district attorney in 2005. This decision was not reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court in March.
