Microsoft scales down Russia operations due to Ukraine crisis

MicrosoftIt announced Wednesday that it would make substantial reductions to Russia’s business, joining other companies who are trying to reduce their exposure in Russia or pull out from Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
However, the company stated that it will fulfill all its contractual obligations to Russian customers while suspending new sales, which was previously announced in March, remains in force.
Microsoft spokeswoman said that “The changes in Russia’s economic outlook have had an impact on our business,” and they decided to reduce our Russian operations.
