UK annual house price rise slows to 10.5%

LONDON, (Reuters) – The annual rate of British house price growths slowed to 10.5% from 10.8% in April according to monthly Halifax figures.

The prices increased for 11 consecutive months, rising by 1.0% in May following a 1.2% April increase.
