NUR-SULTAN – If Kazakhstan buys Sberbank’s local branch, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development may be able to help Kazakhstan increase its capital.

Renaud Basso spoke to journalists on the sidelines at a Kazakh foreign investor conference.
