Jay-Z and Jack Dorsey Launch Bitcoin Academy to Educate Next Generation of Crypto Investors -Breaking

Jack Dorsey (NYSE:), the co-founder and CEO of Block is teaming with Jay-Z (Shawn Carter), in order to open The Academy. The Academy will offer free education in crypto for residents living at the Marcy Houses, Brooklyn, New York.

The Bitcoin Academy launched on Thursday, 9 June 2009 by Jay-Z (Jack Dorsey) It will be at Marcy Houses in Brooklyn, which is a complex of public housing.
Jay-Z wrote on Twitter, “Bitcoin Academy, starting in Marcy, a place that taught me so much, is hopefully the first of many.”
The goal of The Bitcoin Academy is to “provide education, empower the community with knowledge” about managing their finances with a focus on Bitcoin.
Jay-Z and Dorsey are the funders of The Bitcoin Academy.
Participating in the Bitcoin Academy
The Bitcoin Academy describes Bitcoin as the “future of money” and will provide free financial education to recipients. Residents who want to attend the program can sign up through the Bitcoin Academy’s website.
From June 22 to September 7, applicants who are successful will be able to access in-person or virtual classes. Two Saturdays of Crypto Kids Camp are available for teens and kids aged 5-17.
Lamar Wilson (founder of Black Bitcoin Billionaire) and Najah Roberts (founder of Crypto Blockchain Plug Inglewood, California), will teach the classes.
