PARIS (Reuters – NH Industries was owned by Airbus as well as Leonardo in Italy. On Friday, NH Industries said it was “extremely disappointed” at Norway’s decision of returning its NH90 military helicopters.

According to the statement, “NHIndustries believes that this termination is legally unjustifiable.”

The company stated that NHIndustries did not have the chance to review the proposal for improving the availability and meeting the Norwegian specific requirements.

Norway stated earlier that the NH90 helicopters had been delivered unreliable and late.
