Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Saudi Arabia closed at 2.23%.

Saudi Telecom (TADAWUL) was the best performer of the session, rising 6.57% to 6.60 points and trading at 107.00 by the close. Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co. (TADAWUL) gained 1.97%, or 0.24 points, to close at 12.40. Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance was up 1.81% to 90.00.

Saudi Industrial Export Co., (TADAWUL), was among the worst-performing sessions. It fell 9.98%, or 9.00 points, to trade at 81.20 by the end. Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC TADAWUL: fell 9.94% (or 16.40 points) to close at 148.60 Alujain Corporation (TADAWUL) fell 8.70%, or 6.00 points, to 63.00.

The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 224 percent to 12, and 3, respectively, ended the same.

Crude oil was $120.47/barrel lower for July deliveries, down 0.86 or 1.04 Brent oil fell 1.14 percent to $121.93 per barrel in commodities trading. Meanwhile, the August Gold Futures contract gained 1.21%, or 22.40, to trade at $1.875.20 an ounce.

EUR/SAR dropped 0.92% at 3.95, but USD/SAR was unchanged at 0.01 to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was at 103.08 unchanged by 0.00%
