The SEC Form 4 file shows that Chewy (NYSE) director James Star bought 181,478 shares (13,500, 167,978) on June 13, in multiple transactions, at an average weighted price of $26.9167 to $27.4836.

It was worth approximately $5 million. Star bought a $5 million separate share purchase on June 8.

Star now owns 483,996 shares indirectly and 112,573 directly after the acquisition.

Star, the Executive Chair of Longview Asset Management LLC is a multi-strategy investor firm.

Chewy’s shares have fallen more than half a year to-date.
