Robinhood, the stock trading app and cryptocurrency platform (NASDAQ:), is launching its digital wallet service for additional 2,000,000 users.

Aparna Chennapragada, chief product officer at Robinhood made the announcement during Thursday’s 2022 Conference in Miami. eligible customers who had been on the waitlist for the digital wallet — more than two million people — can now send and receive cryptocurrencies. The platform plans to incorporate the Bitcoin Lightning Network, which will reduce both the cost and time it takes to process transactions.
