Spirit Airlines to begin talks with JetBlue after $3.6-billion bid -Breaking

(Reuters). – Budget carrier Spirit Airlines (NYSE:) announced Thursday that it will be in discussions with JetBlue Airways Corp (NASDAQ:) Corp regarding its offer of $3.6 billion. This could lead to a “superior proposition” to Frontier Group Holdings Inc.
