Quickest way to aid Ukraine is clean funding bill, top U.S. Senate Republican says -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. Senate Republican President Mitch McConnell on Tuesday said that Washington would be best able to expedite aid for Ukraine if it passed a funding bill without extraneous provisions.

Biden called upon Congress to authorize $33 billion of aid to Kyiv. Some Democrats would like to see this package tied to a COVID-19 relief plan.
