China to send vice president to S.Korea president’s inauguration -Breaking

SEOUL (Reuters) – China’s Vice-President Wang Qishan intends to be present at the inauguration in South Korea of Yoon Seuk-yeol next Wednesday, Yoon’s team revealed on Friday.

Former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama from Japan will also attend. According to President-elect Donald Trump’s team, Douglas Emhoff is the American second gentleman and head of their delegation at the ceremony in Seoul scheduled for Tuesday.

Japan will also send a minister-level official, however, the Japanese government said that the formalities have not yet been completed.
