U.S. launches new program to collect evidence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), – Tuesday’s announcement by the U.S. State Department saw it launch a new program that captures and analyses evidence of Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine. Washington is trying to make sure Russia is accountable.

In a statement, the State Department stated that the Conflict Observatory would include documentation verification and dissemination open-source evidence about the actions of Russian troops in Ukraine.
