Tunisia’s current account deficit to widen to 10% of gdp in 2022 -Breaking

TUNIS (Reuters – Tunisia’s current accounts deficit will increase to 10% of its GDP by 2022, compared to 6.8% originally forecasted, according to the governor at the central bank. This comes as Tunisia is currently experiencing the worst financial crisis in North Africa.

Marouan Abassi stated that the dinar experienced a 7% depreciation against the dollar in the first four months.
