Spirit Airlines says its shareholders unlikely to vote against Frontier deal -Breaking

CHICAGO, (Reuters) – Spirit Airlines (NYSE:) Ted Christie, Chief Executive of Frontier Group Holdings Inc. stated Monday that it was unlikely the shareholders will vote against Frontier Group Holdings Inc.’s proposed merger.

Christie said that Christie’s ultra-low-cost carrier plans to continue as an independent entity, even if shareholders decide not to approve the deal.
