WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer indicated Tuesday that he would give negotiators more time in order to make a deal about gun legislation.
“Senator Chris Murphy requested some time to continue the bipartisan talks, and I have granted that space. Schumer, a Democrat said, “I look forward to discussing how those talks are going today with my fellow senators.”
