Vaccine requirements raised COVID-19 vaccination rates by 20 percentage points -White House By Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – Vaccination rate rose 20 percent after state, local, and private hospitals adopted the COVID-19 requirements. Jeff Zients was White House COVID-19 coordinator.

Reporters were told by Zients at a briefing that 77% had received at most one dose of vaccine.

At the same briefing, Dr Rachel Walensky from the U.S. Centers Disease Control and Prevention stated that there was a 12% drop in daily COVID-19-related cases over the week and that daily deaths were down by 5%.
