Dog Meme Coins Surge, Has Elon Musk Sparked a Battle Royale? By CoinQuora

The Dog Meme Coins are on the Rise, but has Elon Musk triggered a Battle Royale to End All Bodies?
  • Elon Musk posts about meme coins.
  • This tweet got many meme-coin enthusiasts excited.
  • With the rise in popularity of meme coins, so did tweets.

The price of meme tokens that are popular among the meme coin community experienced a short spike earlier today. Prices rose for several items, including (DOGE), SHIB, Baby Doge Coin (BABYDOGE), BabyFloki and BabyFloki.

The price of the tokens rose exactly at the same moment. Upon inspection, the cause takes us back to one very influential tech titan — Elon Musk. Elon Musk tweeted a symbol that many meme coin communities claimed around seven hours ago.

This tweet suggests that Elon Musk may be hinting that meme coins will rocket to the Moon. He followed up this tweet with another that said, “I’ve thought about and…I’m not sorry for party rocking”. This points to the probability that he knows exactly what he’s doing.

According to CoinGecko, the DOGE price went up from $0.235 to $0.243. BABYDOGE also went up from $0.000000001497, to $0.000000001554; and BABYFLOKI rose from $0.0003584228 a $0.00037228. Meanwhile, SHIB’s price shot from $0.00002532 to $0.00002872.

The prices are still at or near these levels as of the writing. SHIB seems to be showing more bullish signals than the other meme coins.

ShibaInu’s previous week was quite exciting. The value of the asset climbed to over 217.7% in that span. The token seems to be gaining interest from around the globe. The community was excited by another tweet recently from an unknown figure.

Of course, the original meme token — DOGE, may have some major announcements to make soon. Its reestablishment plans are a good example of this. However, BABYDOGE seems to still have some loyal fans, even though it uses childish methods to reduce competition.
