House Speaker Nancy PelosiAccording to Sunday’s statement, Democrats were close to reaching an agreement regarding the Social Safety Net Plan that would enable the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill to be moved forward.

She said, “Nevertheless the point is still to attain a goal.”
