LOS ANGELES (Reuters), Britney’s attorney asked for a question from her father about her spending habits during Britney’s 13-year stint as her conservator. This is according to legal documents that were filed before a critical court hearing next week.

Britney has lived in a conservatorship approved by the court that Britney Spears was placed under after her father suffered a mental illness.

Jamie Spears changed his position in September and declared he was now for ending the conservatorship. This is something his daughter calls abusive and humiliating.

Rosengart claimed that Jamie Spears was wrongfully managing his daughter’s estate, and that he wanted to avoid being investigated.

Rosengart requested Jamie Spears produce all documents, including text messages and e-mails regarding Jamie’s finances.

Rosengart also requested Jamie Spears sit down for a Deposition so she could answer any questions.

Jamie Spears’s newly-hired attorney did not respond immediately to Tuesday’s request for comment. Jamie Spears’s former attorney said that he assisted in the rehabilitation of his daughter’s career, and that he always represented her best interests.
