(Reuters] – Paytm, an Indian digital payments provider, saw its shares drop more than 27% on Thursday at the stock market listing. It is now one of India’s poorest performing large initial public offerings.
Paytm’s largest-ever IPO in India had seen it raise $2.46 billion. However, some investors were skeptical about its inability to make a profit or its valuation in the highly competitive digital payments market.
