Grupo Mexico sells almost all shares airport operator GAP -Breaking

MEXICO CITY (Reuters] – Grupo Mexico, a Mexican railway and mining company, has nearly sold its entire stake in Mexican airport operator. Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (NYSE:) Friday’s regulatory filing.

Since 2011, when Grupo Mexico stated it would launch a tender for at least 30%, the two companies have been in legal dispute.

GAP stated that its bylaws prohibit shareholders holding greater than 10% of outstanding stock. Grupo Mexican has attempted to reduce its stake.
