COPENHAGEN (Reuters), – A.P. Container Shipping giant A.P. Moller–Maersk will buy LF Logistics in Hong Kong for $3.6 Billion. It announced Wednesday that the all-cash transaction was a part of its plan to grow beyond its core ocean freight business.
