Kryptomon Launches “Living NFTS” on Blockchain and Discloses Location-Based Real-Life NFT Game

Kryptomon, an NFT Play-and-Earn blockchain game company where Pokémon meets CyptoKitties and Tamagotchi, has emerged as the first gaming firm in the world to develop a “living” NFT on the blockchain. Kryptomon was the first crypto game company to offer this unique service. Participants, also known as trainers can take care their Kryptomons in order to be the Kryptomon League champion. Kryptomons mimic the features of other living creatures and are capable of choosing their favorite meals and having an immune system. Therefore, a trainer must be good as a breeder and battler because a Kryptomon’s “happiness” directly influences their ability to fight.

Full Moon Treasure Hunt was also introduced by the company. Starting from the 19th of December 2021, players worldwide have used their mobile devices to track down various Kryptomon loot boxes together with eggs, in a style reminiscent of the popular Pokémon Go. Full Moon Treasure Hunt is the first event of its type in the crypto gaming world. It combines the virtual and physical worlds. It also allows players to find and collect NFTs from the real world by playing a game that is location-based. Players can then have their NFTs minted straight into their digital wallets.

According to the company, over 4,000 participants took part in this three-day event. The trainers were awarded $156,000 of loot boxes and eggs. The rarest prize was won by a Generation 0 Kryptomon player. The player could earn over $25,000 if he chooses to sell, as only 100 Generation 0 egg will be ever made. Although more information has not yet been made public, the company announced that they will continue to offer their Full Moon Treasure Hunt program.
