(Reuters] – The Senate Banking Committee will review the nomination by Federal Reserve Governor Lael Mindard to be Fed vice chair for supervision at 10:00 a.m. Eastern (0500 GMT), according to the panel’s statement on Tuesday.

Sandra Thompson will also be present at the hearing, which is scheduled for October, according to the announcement. Thompson has been nominated as the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s director.
